In-stock items are processed within 5 business days from order confirmation and ship via USPS or UPS within 1-3 days. You will receive an email when your order ships.
All transactions are FINAL SALE. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not able to process online exchanges.
If your order says it has been delivered but you did not receive it, please allow for a 2-day waiting period as the package might have been delivered to the wrong address. After this 2-day period, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance to file a claim on your order. Ninety Row cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
At this time, we are only able to ship domestically to addresses located within the U.S.
Orders Shipped Directly from Manufacturer
All items that specify they will be shipped from the manufacturer will be shipped using a third party freight forwarding service not affiliated with Ninety Row. Shipping timeframes will vary. If the item you have ordered is not on backorder, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise specified. If an item is backordered, an estimated shipping time frame may be noted in the product description, or shortly after your order is placed, you will be contacted by our team to notify you of the backorder status. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns or exchanges on items shipped directly from the manufacturer, and these items will be final sale only. If you receive an item that is damaged, please email us at email@example.com and we will work with both you and the manufacturer to get a new item shipped.
