In-stock items are processed within 5 business days from order confirmation and ship via USPS or UPS within 1-3 days. You will receive an email when your order ships.
We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date and store credit within 40 days from the original purchase date. Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a Ninety Row gift card is used for the partial payment, you will first be refunded onto the gift card and the remaining balance will be refunded onto the second form of payment used for the order.
Online Return Process
To return an online order via mail, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days. All sales taxes will be refunded, however original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will receive an email notification when your order has been refunded. Please note we reserve the right to reject returns on damaged goods that do not pass inspection upon receiving at our warehouse. Ninety Row cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
We are not able to process online exchanges. If you would like a new size or color, you may return the original item and then place a new order. If you need assistance, please contact us.
If your order says it has been delivered but you did not receive it, please allow for a 2-day waiting period as the package might have been delivered to the wrong address. After this 2-day period, please contact email@example.com for assistance to file a claim on your order. Ninety Row cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
At this time, we are only able to ship domestically to addresses located within the U.S.
Orders Shipped Directly from Manufacturer
All items that specify they will be shipped from the manufacturer will be shipped using a third party freight forwarding service not affiliated with Ninety Row. Shipping timeframes will vary. If the item you have ordered is not on backorder, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise specified. If an item is backordered, an estimated shipping time frame may be noted in the product description, or shortly after your order is placed, you will be contacted by our team to notify you of the backorder status. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns or exchanges on items shipped directly from the manufacturer, and these items will be final sale only. If you receive an item that is damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with both you and the manufacturer to get a new item shipped.
